The Opportunity

AI as a moat, not a threat.

Cogstate, Alcidion and Netwealth each run mission‑critical platforms at the intersection of trusted data, complex regulation and high‑stakes customer relationships: CNS drug development, hospitals and health systems, and adviser‑led wealth management. In these environments, deeply embedded technology that orchestrates information, workflows, decisions and compliance creates a structural defence against both new entrants and generic AI tools.

Timed for investors reassessing where durable AI value will accrue beyond global mega‑cap technology names, this session is an on‑the‑ground look at three ASX‑listed platforms that already sit inside the workflow, control high‑quality governed data, and can apply intelligence with human oversight.

Investor Hook

In a market increasingly distinguishing between companies merely exposed to AI and those with the data, workflow depth, distribution and governance to apply it responsibly, these three offer exposure to highly regulated, intelligent infrastructure in critical markets, with enduring customer relationships, high switching costs and recurring‑like revenue.

Why Attend

Four reasons to be in the room.

01
Three regulated, high‑trust workflows in one session

Hear directly from leadership at Cogstate, Alcidion and Netwealth on how clinical trials, hospitals and adviser‑led wealth management actually run, and where technology sits inside them.

02
Proof before promotion

See where AI is already in production rather than on a roadmap, and how these teams think about security, data sovereignty, privacy, governance and human accountability.

03
Switching costs you can underwrite

Platform change in these markets carries operational, data‑migration, client‑service and compliance risk. Understand what that depth of integration means for revenue durability and pricing power.

04
Direct access to management and the sell side

Put your questions to senior executives alongside analysts and commentators from Bell Potter, Canaccord Genuity and Armchair Analyst, then keep the conversation going over networking.

Event Format

Focused. Interactive. Practical.

  • Theatre-style seating
  • 10-minute company overview from each presenting company

New York, August 2026

The first event in the series.

On Thursday 13 August 2026, the inaugural ASX Investor Event ran at the Murdoch Center on 3rd Avenue in New York. Hansen Technologies, Cogstate and Alcidion each gave a 10‑minute overview of their business before joining a panel discussion and audience Q&A on where AI value accrues in regulated, mission‑critical markets.

Short, substantive company presentations, a candid panel with specialist analysts, and time afterwards for investors to speak with management directly. That event was supported by the American Australian Association and Alleato. Melbourne follows the same structure, with an Australian audience and an Australian line‑up.
